.lines on pennywise's face are the outline of where his mouth opens up to reveal the deadlights i didn't initially get it when he was on screen, but when he opened up in that scene it blew my i'm pretty sure it's the light of the afterlife that shines through pennywise's mouth and hypnotizes beverly.
